To be the best, you have to have the best people...
We are only as good as our people, and our people are only as good as their training. Lee Company is proud to be an NCCER accredited craft training and assessment center. All craft training is conducted in-house to the rigorous NCCER and Lee Company standards. Training is a healthy mix of written curriculum and testing, as well as practical “hands-on” training in our manufacturing facility.
We team up with PHCC, ABC, ASHRAE, ASHE, AGC, and ASA to provide the latest in management and supplemental training to all of our managers and technical personnel. Through our network of suppliers, we also train on the latest products and uses to ensure that our people are on the cutting edge of our industry.
Finally, we conduct cross-training within our company to ensure our groups are integrated in education and expectations. For example, our in-house engineers might host our construction managers in a technical conference, or our construction managers might host our engineers in a conference on constructability in design.
This is just another way we maintain the best people in the industry and provide value to our customers.
