Lee Company Creates New Option for Facilities Management & Maintenance
FM2 provides an alternative choice for companies. Lee Company, a facility solutions company, has recently launched a facilities management & maintenance service called FM2 . FM2 provides a full range of facility management services to support a variety of facilities.
Lee Company's core competencies include, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. FM2 provides all of these services and also manages all housekeeping, lawncare, pest control, maintenance projects, security, etc., providing single point management and billing.
"We created FM2 in order to fully service our commercial, institutional and industrial clients," said Bill Lee, CEO of Lee Company. After evaluating a client’s needs, 2 will utilize Lee Company engineers, various technical personnel and project/facility managers to design a solution to uniquely address those needs. These solutions can be delivered with Lee Company being accountable for facility performance and cost control and various technical & financial strategies are available.
