Dan Kalman, executive vice president of service, found a home at Lee Company when he joined the firm back in 1995, as one of five service technicians. He is currently responsible for sales, operations, and strategic planning for Home Services, Facility Services, and Marketing.
Dan has a passion for serving and leads his team to do more than just fix or repair a problem, but instead, find and suggest innovative solutions. He instills in those he leads a desire to provide an extraordinary customer experience.
Dan’s path to his leadership position directly reflects Lee Company’s mission to create a workplace where employees can thrive. After joining the team as a technician, he became heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of running a service team, and was soon promoted to director of Home Services. His success led to additional responsibilities, and Dan was named vice president of Home Services in 2010, and senior vice president of Home Services in early 2016. He was promoted into his current position as executive vice president in September 2019.
Dan has extensive experience in all aspects of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
