As Vice President of Construction, Justin Braden is responsible for the strategic direction of the special and electrical projects operations and sales groups in each of our offices across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama.

Justin is building on a family tradition of mechanical construction. He worked in the field for four years, completed a degree in business management, and then joined Lee Company in 2001. Justin worked as a project manager for eight years, assisting with the development and implementation of fabrication processes and techniques that are essential to how we assemble projects today. After serving as Vice President of Construction Sales for eight years, Justin promoted to his current role, serving both the preconstruction and operations teams for special and electrical projects.

Justin is a respected industry leader and active community volunteer.
