Lee University is a private university in Cleveland, Tennessee, in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. It is consistently ranked in the “Top Tier” in the South by U.S. News & World Report, and is also ranked by Princeton Review’s “Best Colleges.” The University’s success has led to significant growth in academic programs and student enrollment, and the associated need to renovate existing campus facilities. University officials turned to Lee Company for the complete design-build Mechanical and Plumbing work needed to renovate the Deacon Jones Dining Hall, housed in a century-old building.

Scope of Work:
- Install five (5) Type 1 Exhaust hoods
- Install one (1) Type 2 exhaust hood for the dish machine
- Install one (1) Halton brand hood for the grills
- Install nine (9) exhaust fans for the new hoods and the dish machine
- Install one (1) supply fan for the outdoor hood
- Install one (1) air curtain plenum for the outdoor hood
- Install two (2) 40 ton nominal AAON units and curbs
- Install two (2) ducted mini-split units for the private dining rooms
- Install thirty-eight (38) plumbing fixtures, seven (7) water closets, seven (7) lavatories and two (2) urinals
- Install ten (10) infrared heaters
- Systems controls
