Fortunately, the Lee Company team was ready with the ideal fix: a shiny new process chilling system for their site. Problems? Pfft! Consider it taken care of!
This project required a concerted effort from everyone involved. From the fabrication shop to the electricians to the controls team, all hands were on deck. Duration: 6 months
Scope of Work:
- Complete replacement of chilled water system mechanical room in 5 days.
- Engineering, design, and fabrication of a decoupled chilled water equipment skid including pumps, HX, bag filtration, chemical injection points, controls, and functional testing.
- Installation of more than 4,500’ of 4” and down main and distribution supply & return piping throughout an active automotive manufacturing facility.
- Turnkey installation and operation for client once all is in place and tested. Including but not limited to engineering, design, mechanical piping, electrical, controls and tab.
