Seeking the warm southern sun, an aftermarket ATV power equipment, lawnmower parts, and tire provider established a 530,000-square-foot warehouse in Tennessee, just on the Tennessee/Kentucky state line. Lee Company was tasked with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. During the initial stages when the team was focused on plumbing, ownership was immediately impressed by Lee Company’s responsiveness and professionalism. Discussions unfolded regarding challenges with their current electrical contractor. Recognizing Lee Company’s capabilities, ownership inquired if they also handle electrical work. Consequently, Lee Company assumed control of the electrical aspect early in the project.
