Lee Company was awarded the project to participate in the coordination of the new Apple Store in the Cool Springs Galleria. This project was actually a project within a project: It was a white box build out in preparation for the construction of the actual store. This included removing everything connected with the mall itself, making the Apple Store a standalone store within the mall.

Scope of Work:

  • Lee Company removed all abandoned plumbing, ductwork, and HVAC
  • The mall's medium pressure ductwork had to be re-routed into the service corridor around the new Apple space
  • All of the 2.5 inch main domestic water, remaining exhaust duct, and portions of the sanitary had to be raised to maintain a 14 foo clearance
  • The space is cooled by three Trane split systems totaling 55 tons of cooling
  • Plumbing consisted of two group bathrooms and a break room
