Not one, but two project awards to take home from the annual Associated General Contractors (AGC) Build Tennessee Awards! What are these awards? The AGC Build Tennessee Awards is an annual program that highlights some of the top projects and people in Middle Tennessee construction. The projects are reviewed and judged by AGC member peers in other states on project safety, excellence in project management, excellence in client service, building innovation, and sensitivity to the surrounding environment and community.
The projects are divided by contract size and building type, so voting can be as consistent as possible. But the best part is all awards are aligned with AGC’s core values: skill, integrity, and responsibility – all things we at Lee Company care about.
Our two projects that were awarded with Awards of Excellence were:
- Mechanical Over $5 million: Assembly Food Hall
- Mechanical Over $10 million: Belmont University’s Fisher Center for the Performing Arts
We’ve humbly served alongside our Nashville community for over 80 years – we’ve been here for the growth, change, trends, and of course, development! We’re overjoyed to be of service for our families, employees, customers, and communities.
We know we couldn’t do any of what we do alone, so a big THANK YOU to our customers, peers, community, and team members for supporting our many projects. And of course, congratulations to all AGC Build TN winners.
