Heating Tune-Up and Inspection
A comfortable home is cozy. Our multi-point inspection and seasonal tune-up maintains your heating system at peak performance, keeping your home at the right temperature and energy bills down. Our professionals are experienced with heat pumps and gas furnaces. Have a heating question? Just ask us!
Air Conditioning Tune-Up and Inspection
When it’s hot, we’re here to help you stay cool. With a multi-point inspection, we make sure all elements of your air conditioning system are in shape. We clean the A/C condenser and evaporator coils, check all wiring connections, test all capacitors, and provide a detailed report on the tune-up and maintenance performed.
Plumbing Inspection
Why worry about plumbing problems when we can stay ahead of them? Our annual inspection covers toilets, water heaters, faucets, and other fixtures to keep everything running smoothly. We check for leaks, proper drainage, and water pressure throughout your home. One of our plumbers will also check the pipes under your home and share visual findings if anything needs attention.
Electrical Inspection
Electricity is essential. Avoid unnecessary outages and issues! During this visit, one of our electricians tests all safety devices, including smoke and CO detectors. Our professionals will also visually inspect your attic, basement, and/or crawl space to identify potential hazards, and ensure all electrical fixtures, like outlets, switches, and lights, are safe and working properly.
